Meeting your standards
Over the past several months we have been consulting with you to develop localised standards, called ‘Local Offers’.
Local Offers gives our commitment on how we intend to deliver our services to you that reflect what you said were your priorities for your home, your neighbourhood and community and your involvement to shape the services we provide.
What is a Local Offer?
In April 2010, the regulatory framework for social housing changed. The new regulator is the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). As a result the TSA has brought in a framework for assessing performance which requires housing providers to consult with their tenants to find out what their priorities are locally, what outcomes they want to achieve, what they want measured, what good performance will look like, how performance will be reported back to tenants and how the organisation will respond if it fails to achieve the performance required.
