The LHA-ASRA Group is a leading housing and regeneration agency with a straightforward purpose: to build better homes, better communities and better lives.

We have over 12,000 homes  in management and development across the Midlands, Greater London and the South East, providing a range of services including homes for rent, shared ownership, residential care and Supported Housing assistance and a 24-hour call centre. 

The LHA-ASRA Group was formed in November 2005, uniting two of the UK’s most successful and innovative housing and regeneration providers, LHA (Leicester Housing Association) and ASRA Greater London Housing Association.

We joined forces to bring together the strengths of our members, in order to provide significant benefits to our customers and partners. As a growing, dynamic group, we now boast:

Whilst ASRA continues to maintain both its brand and its London base, its customers now benefit from a whole range of additional services thanks to its union with the Group, which includes LHA and Family First.
