LHA ASRA Launch New Single Equality Scheme The new Groupwide scheme is launched today and sets out how LHA ASRA will approach Equality and Diversity for the next 3 years in one simple document. It will be regularly reviewed by the Group throughout it's lifecycle It is supported by an extensive action plan. The scheme has been produced with extensive consultation with LHA ASRA's customers and colleagues and also has been through a number of scrutiny processes including by Tenant forums and the Group's Board and Committees. Brian Benneyworth, the Group's HR Director has lead the Equality scheme's development and commented: " I am delighted to be able to launch the scheme, a lot of hard work has gone into this and I think this demonstrates our Group's committment to be a totally inclusive organisation. In particular, I am thankful to our Group Board Equality and Diversity Champion, Shaama Saggar - Malik and Jack Moore whom have worked with me on this project".
