LHA-ASRA Group is fully accountable to its customers; we put them at the heart of decision making.

The Group is governed by our board, which is made up of voluntary members drawn from across the local community, including tenants and individuals from within the business. While the day to day operation of the business is managed by paid staff, the board maintains ultimate control and responsibility for our work.

Governing Board

The board has overall responsibility for strategic decision-making, including: policy, staffing, service standards, and budgeting.

WILLIAM CORNALL
Group Director of Development and Regeneration

Responsible for:

• Delivery of the £140m rolling development programme across both London and East Midlands.
• Developing an innovative Growth Strategy for delivery in 2010/11 and beyond.
• Leading the delivery of new homes – rented, shared ownership, key worker and market sale.
• Developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy, including the management of key relationships with Local Authorities, HCA, developers and contractors.
• Taking overall responsibility for the management of risks within the Directorate.
