Expression of Interest sought for Non Executive Board Members

LHA ASRA Group seeks expressions of interest for the role of Non Executive Board member for the Group Board and its subsidiary boards.

We are keen to improve the gender balance of our boards and particularly welcome interest from women.

Expertise and experience in one or more of the following disciplines would also be advantageous in strengthening the capability of the boards.

Care & Support
Banking & Treasury
Property & Asset Management

Previous experience serving on boards as a Non Executive Director is also required.

Board members are expected to be able to commit to two days per month, the roles are remunerated and reasonable expenses are paid.
