NEW GROUP DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER CARE AND ICT AT LHA-ASRA 

Anil Majevadia has been appointed Group Director of Customer Care and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) at LHA-ASRA.

Anil previously held the position of Director of Business Systems at Dominion Housing Group in London.

Prior to that he worked at Airways Housing Society and Richmond upon Thames Churches Housing Trust.

Anil’s new position will involve leading on the strategic development and implementation of the IT systems at LHA-ASRA and in particular, the Customer Contact Centre, based at the Group’s head office in Leicester.

His role has been created as part of an extensive restructure of LHA-ASRA’s senior management team in order to put the needs of the Group’s customers first.

Anil said: “I’ve joined LHA-ASRA at a very exciting time and I have been hugely impressed by my new colleagues commitment to the customers they serve.

“I am looking forward to making a positive impact and working towards delivering an excellent service to our customers.”

LHA-ASRA manages 11,500 homes across the east midlands and Greater London and has more than 500 staff.  

The Group operates the Customer Contact Centre to provide a round-the-clock telephone service to its customers so repairs can be reported, queries answered and rent can be paid.

It also runs Service 24 which is a 24 hour, 365 days a year, lifeline alarm monitoring service that has more than 20,000 customers, including 680 private lifeline customers.

Corporate customers include housing associations, district councils, private landlords and education providers.
