Over and above everything else, the key focus and goal of the LHA-ASRA Group is to build better homes, better communities and better lives.

Everything we do is centered on this purpose, from the way we design our homes to the partners we work with, and in our commitment to quality monitoring and involving residents in the entire process; we believe that communities thrive when people are happy where they live.

To this end, we build and improve sustainable, well-designed homes for young and old, single people, couples, and families, and provide supported housing for people who require it. We take great care over the design of our homes, to help improve the quality of life and well-being of local people.

In addition, we build flexibility into our homes so that features can be adapted in the future if needs change. We also design-in opportunities for residents and partners to achieve cost-in-use savings.

Ultimately, we help to create communities that people want to live in - and choose to stay.
