The LHA-ASRA Group manages over 10,000 homes in the East Midlands, Greater London and the South East, which our customers rent from us. We provide homes for people in housing need, who may be on low incomes, living in poor quality or unsafe housing, or have some other difficultly.
We are regrettably not able to offer homes to everyone, but we work closely with a large number of local councils and specialist organisations who refer customers to us. We offer a wide range of properties to let in towns, cities and countryside.
The LHA-ASRA Group offers customers a high level of choice through our Midlands based letting agency HomeChoice.
Instead of registered members being given points based on their level of need, the HomeChoice homes available to rent are advertised, and people are invited to register their interest in any home they think would suit them.
