Impact Assessment

An Involvement Impact Assessment is a report that we publish for our residents and other partners to see each year.  It shows how LHA-ASRA has used resident involvement to change what we do or the way we do things.  It shows the time and other resources that spent on involvement activities and the outcomes and changes that have been made as a result.  Click here to see the 2009 - 2010 LHA-ASRA Involvement Impact Assessment.
