Residents and customers of LHA can access a wide range of services through the LHA website, where you can pay your rent and check your rent statement online and report a repair.
If you have a maintenance request, you can report it online here or you can contact the Customer Contact Centre on 0116 257 6716. Please try to have your repairs booklet with you when you call.
Please use the same number to report a repair by phone 0116 257 6716. Again, it would be useful to have your repairs handbook with you. We are open between 8am and 8pm weekdays and 8am and noon weekends, or at any other time for emergencies only. If you have a repair which is not an emergency you can also email us on repairsteam@lha-asra.org.uk. Alternatively, you can report a repair to us online using our new Interfinder Service from Northgate. This simple graphic tool will allow you to easily report the repair to us at your convenience 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
You can also use the LHA website to download the LHA tenant handbook, which contains useful information about your home, including a guide to your tenancy agreement, rent, repairs, safety and security, and an introduction to our services.
